Welcome!

A very warm welcome to our Year 1 and 2 class! We have a classroom filled with fun, creative learning and kindness. Our two class teachers are Mr Jones and Mrs Voce, while we also have Miss Pyne and Mrs Munday as our wonderful learning assistants. We will also be regularly joined by many other members of our fantastic team of learning assistants.

Autumn 1

In Autumn 1, we will learn lots of exciting, new things with enjoyable and immersive lessons. Our History topic for Autumn 1 is all about the definition of History and how it is made! For Year 1s, maths will focus on place value, while Year 2s will also build their knowledge of place value to 100! Our English lessons will be based on the story Look Up, with various writing skills being built from lessons surrounding this book.
